PLAZA 1305, 9800 Coastal Hwy. Saturday to Saturday NON-SMOKING - NO PETS. This beautifully renovated condo screams COASTAL! From the calming décor on the walls to the lovely furnishings throughout, you will be so very happy you chose this vacation condo. Ocean front sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom allow access to the balcony overlooking the pool. There are hardwood floors in the dining and living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen and den have cool tile floors. No carpet in the condo and there is a full size stackable washer and dryer for your use. Delightfully decorated, you can tell the owners love their home away from home! Enjoy staying in after a long day at the beach and cooking up great meals in the upgraded kitchen, equipped with everything you need to feed your hungry family! The dining room has plenty of seating for sharing meals, playing games or just chatting with the cook. For those who have to steal away to a quiet place and do a bit of work, there is a desk and chair in the master bedroom for you. This place has everything! Condo has air conditioning, washer & dryer (full size) and free internet! Maximum Occupancy is 6. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 2 Double Beds DEN: Full Sleep Sofa. Owner has pet.

EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
