Five stars for The Marker! The staff here are generously accommodating and truly made our stay special. We were celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday, and their hospitality made it a trip to remember. Beautiful hotel and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the conflicting information between the front desk and parking staff was frustrating. The front desk told us we had up to 30 minutes of temporary parking and could use the EV charger, but the parking attendants were adamant about a 10-minute limit and stated the charger required an additional fee. Better staff alignment on parking and charging rules is definitely needed.
