    A stunning 4 bedroom (2 bathroom) property, just metres from the Barwon River estuary and walking track.

    Suitable for families, couples and groups. Pet friendly.

    Less than a 10 min walk from main Ocean Grove patrolled surf beach and 800m from shops / cafes. Golf club and bowls club 2-3 minute walk.

    Modern house with fantastic entertaining spaces and modern decor. Great kitchen, island bench. Outdoor entertaining deck with weber Q and fenced yard safe for children. Located in a quiet court.

    Ocean Grove is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
