IDEAL LOCATION: Two blocks from Ocean Grove’s private controlled-access beach (2 adult beach entry passes included with rental); two blocks to Main Street dining and shopping; 10-minute stroll on the Boardwalk or over the footbridges to bustling, entertainment-rich Asbury Park.

A WHOLE LITTLE HOUSE: You will be renting a tiny and incredibly cute private stand-alone house set far back from the street for ultimate quiet. In keeping with the porch-centric spirit of Ocean Grove, you will cross a small front porch (one step up) to enter your private studio living room with workspace*, kitchenette, separate dining table, plus one bedroom and one bath. Single twin bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa (full/queen) in the living area. Great for one or two. Can sleep 3.

* Workspace is a large (four-foot) table, equipped with a 27" Dell UltraSharp InfinityEdge Widescreen Monitor, and powerstrip. Bring your laptop and HDMI connection cable. 1-GB high-capacity and high-speed Verizon FiOS fiber-optic WiFi.

7-day minimum rental year 'round. Check-in/check-out usually Saturdays-only in summer, but ask us if you need a different day. 7-day minimum still applies. Rentals by the month or of unusual lengths may be available in the Fall/Winter/Spring: Ask!

Built in the 1920s, the Cupcake offers an open floor layout: Living room area with a modern gas fireplace, workspace, dining room area and kitchenette. Elegant stained glass accent windows from the 1920s. Vaulted ceilings.

what a shame

The unit is an adorable Studio in a great location. Enough space for 1 or 2. No more. It's a shame it is "furnished" so cheaply. The daybed is long enough if you are 5' 3". The convertible "couch" is old, cheesy, small and difficult to open. The refrigerator was hotel size(2'+). Would not recommend. No apparent effort by owners to offer a pleasant living experience

Had a wonderful time at “The Cupcake House”. So convenient to the beach and shops on Main Street. House had everything I needed for a week’s stay. Owners were very nice and really care about their guests! Will rent again next year.
