Our cleaning fee assumes you will leave the house neat, all garbage has been emptied ( large trash cans are on 2nd Street) and all food removed.
Please adjust the thermostat to 75 for summer and 68 for winter before leaving. Tks

We had a great stay. The place was stocked with everything we needed, clean, and a cool retreat from the hot sun. We really enjoyed the comfy beds and the ease of access to the pool and beach! My kids had fun playing board games at night and spending as much time as possible in the water. The property also had extra beach necessities that we happened to forget! I would bring the family back and stay again!

Stayed 5 nights in July 2026. Condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Parking was great , short flight of stairs to the door. The beach entrance across the street was also close. The beachfront pool is nice. Our host provided booking info before we rented. Very quick response to our inquiry. Check in was done through email so we were able to go right to the unit. The condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Ocean Isle Beach is beautiful....our first visit there. We would definitely stay at this property again.
