Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, 2 TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, ceiling fans, covered deck, and an outdoor enclosed shower. Located on concrete canal with floating dock. Direct beach access at Leland Street.

    On the main floor there is a bedroom with one Queen bed and a set of Bunk beds with private bathroom. The second bedroom has one Queen bed and a set of Bunk beds with private bathroom. Upstairs there is are two bedrooms with one Queen bed each. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The last bedroom is the master bedroom with King bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. This bedroom has access to a deck on the canal side of the house and the rooftop deck.

    Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 14.

    Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets.
