Overall pleased with the rental. The games provided were good. The kids with us enjoyed playing with the board games. We enjoyed the property and were overall very pleased with the property and the location to the beach. We will definitely look at the property again for our summer vacation. Following are some suggestions and improvements for the property that we noted during the stay: -lots of flies with no fly swatters provided-dog poop canister had not been emptied recently (may have been contributing to the fly problem-there were no dish cloths provided and only two dish towels. With a family of 7, we did a lot of cooking and washing dishes-both of the couches/fold out beds were very uncomfortable, for sitting and for sleeping, -the washing machine made lots of clicking noises during the cycle (machine looked fairly new so we were surprised with the noises)-there were no instructions on how to lock the digital lock on the front door. Although we figured it out, it would have been nice to have that information provided. -providing a streaming device or service that would provide local programing would be helpful. We recently stayed in a B&B that provided You Tube TV which er found a help -providing a short water hose with a sprayer attached would be beneficial to spray off the sand from people and chairs and other beach equipment would have been beneficial also
