FALL SPECIALS! Oceanfront Condo, Sleeps 4, Close to Everything!

This Ocean Front condo underwent a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation in 2019 and has all new paint and decor as of January 2023! The white, all wood cabinetry and the quartz countertops brighten up the condo! There is also ample storage in the pantry with pull out drawers. And all kitchen appliances are new as of 2018. We updated to a tankless water heater in 2019 so there is no fear of running out of hot water. It also allows for lots of storage in the bathroom.

It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your private deck with a fantastic ocean and pier view. This unit also has a terrific view of the pool and is very close to the beach access. And because OIB faces south you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset on the private deck. Staying at OC110 over July 4th also offers you a front row seat to the fireworks display that takes place at the pier next door.

The master suite features a queen bed with foam topper and a whirlpool tub with ceramic tile surround. There is a bunk nook that is perfect for the kids. Please remember that sheets and towels are not provided. There is beautiful tile throughout the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Within walking distance to restaurants, pier, arcade, mini-golf, playground, museum and shops. Outdoor concerts within walking distance on Friday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Perfect location/condo for a small family.

This is our second stay in OIB and in this condo. Perfect oceanfront location. Condo is perfect for a small family. Area is very family friendly and condo is in walking distance to beach shops, restaurants and ice cream.

Great location

This condo is small but makes great use of the space. Location is perfect for beach and pool. Condo is very tastefully decorated and had everything needed. Owners were very responsive in addressing a few minor issues at check in.

Perfect family beach get away

Almost - Perfect Stay

We gave stayed in this condo multiple times and will continue to do so.Great location on the island. Tankless water heater, so plenty of storage space in the bathroom. Love the pantry cabinet in the kitchen. Owners are wonderful and easy to contact with any issues that may arise. Will continue

Great Location!

Right on the beach. Just right for one, a couple or a small family. Small but spacious. Sitting on the balcony or deck watching the ocean is super. Close to everything. Perfect!

Park your car when you get there and you won’t have to go anywhere that’s not walkable. Great view of the ocean and just steps to beach. Will be booking again. Great property.

Wonderful Experience

Jennifer’s condo was perfect, and a wonderful weekend stay. It was clean and lovely, she was so kind and communicative. I grew up going to Ocean Isle Beach and my husband and I took our 4 month old baby girl for the first time. The best weekend and the best place to stay!

The property is wonderful! We take a vacation here every year!

Everything is always great! Jennifer is always quick to respond to any questions and the condo always appears very clean and neat! Would love to have a king bed because we are not small people lol! The queen memory foam bed sleeps great. Can’t wait to vacation here again next year.

Very Comfortable

Everything was even better than expected. The location was right in front of the beach access gate. We spent most of the evenings eating on the deck overlooking the ocean. We appreciated the modern appliances and the cable tv worked just fine. The beach was not crowded at all because of the time of year (Oct 11-15) but the weather was perfect. We will definitely stay there again. My wife said it was the best vacation ever!

Excellent Location! Great Stay on Ocean Isle

The property was perfect for my family of 3. You’re right beside the pool and beach access, next door to ice cream, across the street from shops and mini golf. It really was just perfect. I had to work a couple days and the WiFi was more than enough. Prefect getaway spot for small families or couples. Highly recommend. We’ll be back! Also- check in and communication with the owner was easy. We checked in early with no issues at all. Thanks for everything!

Great condo with perfect location

Everything was perfect with the exception of the door lock. We had trouble accessing the condo with the electronic pad and had to use a key all week. Small issue in my book.

Great Experience

We‘re coming off of another great vacation at OIB and another year of staying at Ocean Cove 110! We have made it our tradition to stay at OC110 every year and it never disappoints. The condo is well equipped with anything you might need to make your stay feel like home. We are fond of the location. We often times love to go for a swim at night and because the condo is situated so close to the pool this makes it super easy. So much to do that’s within a short walk from the condo - whether it’s to the playground, play putt-putt, visit Sunset Slush, or grab lunch or dinner at the Pelican’s Perch! A vacation is also never complete without dinner at OIFC and Sharkey’s. Whatever you decide to do, the location is spot on. To Jennifer, thank you for being so gracious in offering hospitality at its finest! We will definitely be planning to return for our 2025 Summer vacation! All the best, The Pettitts Vacation 2024
