Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the towels in the laundry room. All the linen can remain on the bed.
Place trash in bin located in the garage. Trash should be placed on the curb Tuesday night and brought back inside the garage Wednesday.
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it with the provided dishwasher soap prior to leaving. Exit out the front door and lock it using the provided code. Thank you for staying at our place!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely lovely townhome. The entire townhome was spotless. Beautifully decorated and completely comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with dishes and equipment. Beds were so comfy and the linens were pristine. A very gracious host. We hope to stay here again and again!

You couldn’t have asked for better with this home and owner very responsive very understanding beautiful Home everything you could think of she has taken care of brand new home/listing this is a win win no matter where you need to be close to 3 miles to ocean Isle Beach close to shopping and great backyard for pets as well. Thank you so much for a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Will be staying here again!!! Can’t wait to come back! 100%
