Welcome to Starfish Cottage! This exceptional 4BR/3BA home features 1,201 square feet of living space, including a newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy amazing ocean views and breezes from the open or covered back deck. The level you enter is charmingly elevated on stilts and is accessible via a lovely set of stairs, with a cozy garage tucked underneath. There's delightful decking off the back that invites you to the private swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house, making it a wonderful getaway! Just a minute's walk to the beach!
LIVING AREA
Relax in a bright, charming living area with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Unwind with the family and watch a movie on the 50 flat-screen TV. Ocean views are available from almost any window in the home.
KITCHEN & DINING
The freshly renovated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked to accommodate all your favorite recipes.
Sit down for a special dinner at the dining table with seating for six or at the breakfast bar with seating for four.
BED & BATH
The home sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms (king, king, queen, full-size, and twin). Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
All bedrooms have access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An additional full bath off the main living area provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Rock the day away on the large front deck while enjoying the ocean breeze and beautiful views of Ocean Isle. The back porch is a combination of both a covered and an uncovered area enjoy a drink or a light meal while admiring the ocean vistas.
Take advantage of the gas grill and cookout next to the unheated pool. Dine alfresco at the picnic table on the pool deck.
The backyard is fenced for privacy, and an outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.
