Waterway Home with Private Dock, Private Pool and Fenced in yard

  • Fully stocked waterway home with a private dock and private pool. All the comforts of home. Beautiful views and fenced in yard for the kids and approved pets. Private pool in the backyard and just 5 minutes to the beach. Linens and towels provided. Sit out on the back deck and enjoy watching dolphins swim in the waterway! Fish off the dock! Two living areas so the kids can play or watch their shows downstairs while the parents hang out in the upstairs living room! Toys, legos, books, coloring books with crayons and video games. Boat lift use can be added for an additional fee.

If you can leave the sheets in the bedrooms they belong but strip the beds, that is great but not required.
Please throw away all food and remember to take the trash out on Thursdays
