"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Ocean View! This was our first time in OIB and we loved this house’s location. You can’t beat the direct beach access! Our kids loved the new community park just down the road. This house met our family’s needs and we had a comfortable stay. It was clean, kitchen had the dishes we required during our stay, & all appliances/AC worked well. We appreciated the clothesline & pins to dry our things during the week as well as the deck hose/shower to rinse off. This was a cozy little house and we couldn’t have asked for better communication from the owner. We read reviews before we came and can see why people return to this home and rent repeatedly from Steve. We hope to return to OIB in the future and would love to stay here again."

"This was a wonderful location and property. Lots of space for family to hang out, eat, sleep. 2 King Beds and several other beds for kids, teens and between. Everyone had plenty of room. Short walk to beach or pool. Golf cart ride to most everything you need on OIB. Great park for kids to play. Concerts on Friday evenings. OIB is super family friendly. There were no load parties, cars, fireworks, etc. There is an elevator which is a plus for unloading and loading and for those who may need a little extra help going to the 3rd floor. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already in the house. Owner was always available to answer questions. I recommend reading the property book upon arrival - great information included."

"My family of 5 enjoyed out stay at this condo. It was comfortable, clean and very quick walk to the beach. We also enjoyed use of the pool, tennis court and the beach chairs/umbrella in the storage closet."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic. The only thing I wouls improve on would be the kitchen utensils, pots and pans(especially) the frying pans. For some reason I thought there would be another tub/ shower and not just two for the four bedrooms; although having a toilet/sink for each bedroom was great. It was a fantastic place. I would recommend it to anyone, and would certainly stay again."
