The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is no need to strip beds or wash towels - - the housekeeping staff will take care of that. However, please run the dishwasher if you have any remaining dishes.
Please take your garbage to Jack’s at the end of your stay. The cost is $6 for a bag over 30 gallons, $4 for 6-30 gallons, and $2 for up to 6 gallons. Pay at the fuel service window before dumping.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The garage is off limits and not for guest use. Three parking spaces are marked at the front of property with access to a car charger.
No cleaning of clams inside the house. Hose and folding table are available for cleaning clams outside.
Take your garbage to Jack’s at the end of your stay - cost is $6 for a bag over 30 gallons, $4 for 6-30 gallons, and $2 for up to 6 gallons.

April Visit

Beautiful, well stocked property with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Quiet and peaceful location with easy beach access and lovely view. Will definitely book again.

Excellent place to stay!!!

We absolutely loved this house. Very clean everything in good repair. We contacted the owners prior to the weekend they were very good about getting back to us. Would HIGHLY recommend.
