Great place! It’s small but it has a large back yard with spa. Nice big kitchen, the house is close to the down town and grocery stores. Beach access is quite close too. Nice and quiet at night perfect place for soaking in the spa after a long day walking on the beach.

We really loved our time here at this home. Remember this is close to the beach so there will be sand around. Hot tub was great but not enough light by this area of the back yard. Such a great time here!

Perfect place especially for those with fur babies. This is our go to for the past few years. Can’t wait to go back soon!

House was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and stores. The fenced in backyard is great for dogs and the hot tub works fine and was a nice treat. Bring your own kitchen supplies though and don’t make any assumptions about what is there. Would happily stay again.

This was our first stay in this house, and it won't be the last! The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs and offered us privacy to lounge in the hot tub and on the patio. The back bathroom/mud room was perfect for wiping dog paws, and the large living room was very enjoyable. The rooms were small, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cute little house and friendly neighbors. The house was great and very clean. The hot tub was great for relaxing. The only thing we didn't care for was the curtains. Wish they were blackout curtains. Every morning room was super bright and couldn't sleep in.

The backyard is all sand very little grass. The hot tub was nice. It has two small bathrooms one mainly for use with the hot tub. Kitchen table and chairs are very small and wobbly very dusty. Lots of pet hair all over the house.

The couches in the front room were not clean. There were stains on the cloth couch, and we had to wipe down the faux leather couch with wipes. Also, the comforter in one of the bedrooms was also dirty. It was a very nice place, however, and if the rooms were cleaner, it would be a great place to stay.

Loved this place, small and cute. Unfortunately when we went to use the hot tub only one jet turned on. It shot out a ton of unknown white particles. Looked like paper or something. Then all the one jet quit all together. But if they fix the hot tub, I'd visit once a month.

My wife is a kitchen person and she said it would have been nice to have steamer 4 veggies, spaghetti server, cookie sheet, bowls and measuring cups.

This little getaway was a cozy and peaceful place to stay for my wife and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Small for a larger family but no better way to get together and play board games or watch a movie(Even when the controller for the dvd disappears before you can even find it in the first place lol). All of the essentials were provided and it was nice not to have a generic soap/shampoo like a hotel does. We felt at home here and would love to come back. Not to mention that the well maintained hot tub in the back yard is there anytime to soak in, a cherry on top to say the least. We recommend to anyone!

Small older home, well kept very tidy. Location is great right downtown Pacific Beach. Walk to the ocean. Two small bedrooms, beds were comfortable. Otherwise very bare bones. Great entertaining space, barbecue cocktails etc. Not so comfortable for a long stay especially if it's raining and you're stuck indoors. Back door cuts throuh the bathroom for entry. Back gate connecting to back entry is all sand, constantly getting tracked in, right through the bathroom. Hot tub was very clean and comfortable and worked well. Overall a very nice place for its location. I do feel it was overpriced, about $240.00 a night. They say it sleeps six, the two extra spots for sleeping are in the living room on couches I recommend only for children.

Yard: the grass was approximately 2 feet tall in front and back; shrubs in front were overgrown; planters in back were filled with weeds and bed retainers were rotted and falling apart; BBQ was rusty/ disgusting; hot tub smelled, had floaties and sand in the bottom. After chatting several times with property manager, yard was mowed. House: needed to be deep cleaned desperately; oven had tons of baked on crud: bookshelf in dining was caked with dust. The wall hanging above bookshelf was not secured and when shelf was bumped the wall hanging came crashing down almost hitting head. We left on our second day. Very disappointing.

We came back to this spot after visiting a few months ago, I was excited that we received an early check-in option after driving all morning. Right after settling in a worker approached us and asked to come in to work on the attic. We kindly turned him down since we had just arrived and no one communicated that with us that the house would need to be worked on. We both thought this time around things were a lot less clean. I didn’t notice at first but when I laid down in bed I noticed cobwebs on the ceiling and dust bunnies around the lamps. Our dogs toy went under the couch and came out covered in hair. We also found crackers under the couch when we took the toy out. The hot tub was a murky yellow color and didn’t smell pleasant. I’m giving four stars based on our first experience but this experience alone I would give 3 stars or maybe even 2.
