Sunny and spacious beach block home with a nice yard,gas BBQ, and seating for all to enjoy. The property boasts a large deck overlooking the square, as the people watching is better than TV! Explore the nearby Goosefare Marsh by kayak or foot. If the beach is too hot, go to the library and read in the A/C.

This is the upstairs unit of an owner occupied two unit building.

4 Bedrooms: all located on the top floor. #1 - one king bed. #2 - one full bed. #3 - one full bed, #4 - two twin beds. Sheets are supplied by the owner. You will need to bring your own towels.

1.5 Bathrooms: Half bath is on the first floor. Full bath with a tub/shower combo, on the second.
