"No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to call for more towels and TP. No silverware in the kitchen. No paper towels. Remotes didn't work so TV was working. Was clean and nice paint job. Had to checkin at days inn across street. They didn't answer the phone a few times at the inn.... We asked for and reserved a room with king bed and sofa queen bed. Didnt get that! had to have a family member bring a folding cot from home!"

"stayed over the weekend, smooth check in, employees were great! lobby was very clean, room was good, view was nice, the breakfast was delicious. Didn't use hot tub or pool unfortunately, too many kiddos screaming for our liking haha. checking out sunday morning, the place was packed and some guest tracked in a bunch of dirt/mud...(not hotels fault) Overall it was a good time and will likely stay again!"

"We stayed there for one night and the people in the room next to us were fighting heavily. They were banging things around, hitting each other, cussing, slamming their door over and over again and screaming outside. This went on for about 2 hours midnight- 2am and we called the after hours telephone number and they did not answer. We ended up having to the call the cops. Other then that it would’ve be fine, but this place was unfortunately unresponsive."

"Very run down property. Vending machines did not work. There were multiple broken things in the room, light switches and etc. Waiting to be charged for that. Also the room had a portable AC, in which cold air blew out the top, but the return wasn’t vented so it blew hot air in the room and made it hotter."

"The room was good. The bed was horrible. Felt I was sliding off bed. The TV was a problem with volume but the next day, housekeeping fixed it. Breakfast was ok, typical breakfasts at hotels. The HUGE problem I had and not everyone will experience this but we went to pool & hot tub and there were two teenage girls in there and one girl in the hot tub was peeling off the paint and girl in pool doing the same thing. We were in hot tub and girl from pool came and both picking paint. They then went to pool to pick some more and then just started screaming over and over. We left. No respect."

"Extremely disappointing experience and poor handling of ongoing maintenance issues during our stay. We booked this property specifically because it advertised a full kitchen so we could cook meals during our vacation. Instead, the stove/oven repeatedly lost power during normal cooking use and became an ongoing issue throughout the trip. The first night it happened late while we were making dinner, resulting in ruined groceries, wasted food, and no way to replace the meal because everything we attempted to go to in Ocean Shores was already closed. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into hours of troubleshooting breakers, late-night phone calls, waiting on maintenance, and watching repair work happen inside the room during our stay. We stayed up until around 1 AM dealing with the issue, which caused us to delay and cancel plans the following morning. Then after returning from the ocean the next day hoping to cook lunch, the exact same issue happened again almost immediately after getting back to the room. The technician informed us the unit likely needed a new breaker and advised us to only cook one thing at a time to avoid the breaker tripping again. Despite this, the property refused to offer meaningful accommodation unless we agreed to leave early and cut our trip short. We escalated everything through Expedia with full documentation including text messages, call logs, and maintenance photos. Maintenance issues can happen anywhere, but the lack of accounta"
