Great stay!!
It was a stellar place to stay and had everything we needed! It was so close to the beach, less than minute walk. There were even homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us! The communication, when needed was very quick and helpful. It was super comfortable inside with nice living room set up for watching the smart tv. We would like to make this an annual trip and will definitely book this place again.

Great place to stay in Ocean Shores
Our party included 4 adults. The place was clean and comfortable. Plus you could see the bay from the cottage. We visited over the Presidents’ Day weekend. The weather was not good. Very cold and windy. The cottage was a nice place for the 4 of us to be together and out of the weather

Always a great stay
We love staying here on our yearly trip to Ocean Shores! I wish we could visit and stay here more often. The cottage is well equipped, clean and convenient. I love that they are across the street from the beach but farther away from the city center.

Overall we had a good time. Neighbors were really noisy until 1am so we didn’t get good sleep. The place was cozy and had what we needed. Love how close to the beach it was. Comfy beds, enough room for all of us.

Perfect little house for our family!
This was my time using Vrbo and I was not disappointed with this property. So much better than a hotel room! Perfect amount of space. Cozy well furnished and supplied. Thank you for the wonderful memories! I only wish we had stayed longer!

Spring break weekend
We had a lovely time staying at the Collins inn. My husband and I stayed in one of the cottages with 3 of our teens/young adult children. It was very stormy which was fun to watch since the ocean was right across the street. We had fun playing games and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!

We met up with some friends and really enjoyed this property! Super clean and well stocked and in a great location! Walking distance to the beach at the entrance to Grays Harbor and the Pt Damon wildlife sanctuary. Beautiful!

Away from the crowds
Lovely cottage with ample room. Location away from all the drama, only short drive into down. Loved that we could bring our fur babies, although gated potty place would have been helpful (shy pottiers). Would definitely recommend and stay in future vacations.

Lovely , spacious house.
Owners were easy to contact and very responsive. The “cottage” ( I use quite because it was pretty spacious for a cottage) was lovely and well maintained. I’m sure we will be back!

We had a wonderful, restful time at this property. The beach was close by for relaxing walks.
There was easy access to the beach. We enjoyed eating at The Porthole for two dinners in Oceans Shores. There was an IGA grocery store nearby for other meals that we prepared at the cabin. The beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. Everything was so nice about this property. We would rent it again.

Quick Getaway & First VRBO Experience
After owning a timeshare in Copalis for over 30 years, fast forward to 1 less timeshare (1) and the opportunity to pick a new place. Collins Inn has always been on my bucket list. They did not disappoint. Easy scheduling, check-in/out. I loved the location and the layout of the unit. Plenty of goodies awaited us, including homemade cookies and multiple types of coffee and creamers. The weekend we visited was one of those 'smokey' days in the Seattle metro area, and also unseasonably hot. So when we arrived in Ocean Shores and noticed there was also some (milder) smoke, we were delighted the innkeepers had set up fans throughout the unit to keep things cool and refreshed. The one aspect of this venue we missed was an outdoor space, i.e., deck, patio, etc., but the beach is less than a 100 yards walk away.

Fun family vacation
Our cabin was better than I imagined! Perfect for our family. Had my mother stay with my husband and son and I. It’s next to Damon point, great for walks on the beach. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was Nice and quiet. A short drive to town. We had a great time! Even met the owners briefly, very nice people. We will be back. Thanks so much!

Amazing Place!
I can't say enough about this cabin! Communication with property manager, location and walkable beach access were just a few of the great things about staying here! They had an area to barbecue and the INN had snacks to purchase and had necessities out that you can grab without bothering the property manager. Will definitely visit again.

Very satisfied with our stay. You just have to bring your food. Very clean, and the layout of the cottage has a chill vibe. You can just walk to the beach morning and afternoon. We feel energized after our visit. Will recommend it to picky friends and families 😁!

Lovely Cottages
We have stayed here so many times and each time is just as great as the first! The cottages are perfect for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. They are clean, nicely equipped for vacation cooking and close enough to Ocean Shores but not too close. The nearby beach is quiet and enjoyable and there is a lot of fun wildlife to see.

Such a beautiful property and walking distance to beach! We arrived to a plate of delicious cookies. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as far as cookware and utensils, coffee provided & bedding. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Would recommend and would love to come back.

Rain or shine.. it’s a good time.
Great location away from all the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to go back and forth for food and shopping. The beds were very comfy. The hosts are so kind and generous. The cookies are delicious and had to go back for more😋. We would definitely recommend it to others. The reason for the 4 star for cleanliness was because the microwave was not cleaned from previous guests and it was full of melted butter. And the coffee pot could use replacing after someone burned coffee on the burner and pot. But these are small details compared to great stay we had.

Disappointed this 2nd stay here
Upon arrival we found out the toilet was not working properly. We called to report it and was told they were aware of it and was instructed to turn the on/off water knobs in back of the toilet each time we used the toilet. She also said they would be at the cottage the following day to fix the toilet. We were there 3 days and they never showed up to fix it. Also, our puppy found lots debris on the floor and under the beds that housekeeping missed. Based on this recent experience we will not be returning.

I’m sorry this happened to you the employee that told you that was fired and the toilet has been replaced the owners were in Montana for 10 days for Easter that is the reason it wasn’t replaced earlier since we live in such a small town a plumber has months waiting list

Very nice cottage. Bigger than what I expected. Comfy beds, nice kitchen and beautiful main home that has everything you could possibly need. The ocean is across the street . My Aussie absolutely loves the ocean and this side is much calmer winds and no cars drive on it.

Great spot for a family trip!
My husband, 3 year old, 11 month old, black lab and I stayed here for a night and had a great time! It is in a great location as we could walk to the beach and even walked to a nearby park and really enjoyed our stay.

Quaint and cozy cottage within walking distance to the beach
We had a great time at this cozy little cottage. It was very comfortable with good beds. The cottage was very clean, but did have a bit of a fishy odor, likely due to the food the previous guests cooked, but nothing unbearable. We also didn't receive our door code until a couple hours before check in which was a little stressful, since we were expecting it a few days ahead of time. We understand security concerns, but we contacted VRBO in a bit of a panic because the owner manager contact info was not listed on the site. It did work out just fine, but could have been less stressful with better communication. Overall, a great stay and would stay there again.
