Built in 1927, this distinctive home is one of the original residences in the historic Gulf Hills neighborhood and has been thoughtfully styled with a sophisticated Prohibition-era speakeasy aesthetic. Vintage character, rich textures, and antiques meet modern comfort for a stay unlike anything else on the Coast.

The home is ideal for two couples, a small family, a golf weekend, or a relaxing friends' getaway. It sleeps up to four guests with two private bedrooms—one king bed and one queen bed—plus one full bathroom and one half bathroom.

Inside, enjoy a comfortable living area, full kitchen, dining space, WiFi, smart TV, central air and heat, laundry, and carefully selected period-inspired furnishings. Because the house dates to 1927, some original flooring and antique pieces show the age and character of the home.

Step outside beneath mature canopy oaks to your private backyard retreat. Relax in the six-person hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or cook dinner on the grill. The peaceful setting feels tucked away while remaining only minutes from downtown Ocean Springs.

You will be close to award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, beaches, boating, casinos, and entertainment. Capone's Restaurant & Speakeasy and Sunset Lounge are nearby in Gulf Hills. Golf is available at Gulf Hills Golf Club, and seasonal pool access may be available separately through the nearby hotel and ResortPass; availability and pricing are controlled by those providers.

Guests have access to the entire home except clearly marked locked storage areas. Entry is through a Yale keypad, with a backup lockbox available if needed.

Please note that the home contains valuable antiques and a curated selection of alcohol consistent with the speakeasy theme. Guests must treat these items carefully and drink responsibly. The first bottle of wine, champagne, or prosecco is complimentary; please contact the host before opening additional bottles, which are $20 each.

Firewood is not guaranteed, but guests may purchase it locally if they would like to use the outdoor fire pit. Pets must be disclosed and approved before booking.
