Less than a mile from the water, Southern Exposure is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and is filled with amazing photography of the Gulf Coast. Southern Exposure is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Southern Exposure features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV, and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed, with a private bathroom that features a walk-in shower.

There are two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds.  The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and all the rooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

***There is a fully enclosed backyard for those bringing furry friends for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bring a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

The carport has been made into a seating area to relax and cook out on a charcoal grill, and there is additional seating in the front of the home to relax and take in the Gulf Coast breezes.

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost. There is a tennis court nearby that can be used free of charge, just bring your own gear.

While at Southern Exposure you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

Me and my family stayed here for a family wedding in Ocean Springs. The house was in a great location, short drive to the little downtime. We enjoyed driving the golf cart! The property was very clean, updated and comfortable. We would stay again!

Ocean Springs Gem

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southern Exposure. The 3 bd/2 ba home had a completely refurbished interior with all the amenities that we needed. The location was close to everything, especially downtown, and we loved having the golf cart to cruise around this cart friendly location. I highly recommend this property for anyone coming to enjoy this lovely small southern town.!!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for three nights. The house is very clean and furnished nicely. Beds were very comfortable and We enjoyed our stay. It’s a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t venture out to the beach.

Quick, Impromptu Vacation

My wife and I decided to get away for a couple days and booked this gem of a place. The home has been modernized and sits in a quiet neighborhood and Chris, the property manager was very quick to respond to messages. The added golf cart was a huge hit and we utilized it exclusively throughout our stay for trips to the beach and to Government street. I will gladly book Southern Exposure again.

My family stayed here over a weekend for a Mardi Gras parade. Bringing our two dogs was very easy and they were able to use the fenced in backyard without worry of getting out. The fence seemed new. The house was updated and nice. Only negative found was the doors/walls are thinner - so it was easy to hear from one room to another. With little kids we could hear each other but it was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

just as advertised

We had never been to Ocean Springs, but it looked like a cute town and great place to stay while we toured the area. This property was just as advertised, meaning no surprises. It was obviously newly remodeled throughout. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The family room was comfortable, clean, and bright. The 2 bathrooms are very small, but that was common for houses built in this era (I know, I owned one). They were newly remodeled however, and worked out just fine. The gas grill was an added plus, and we made use of it. Upon entering the neighborhood, we quickly found that it was mixed. All smaller houses, and some fixed up very nice (like this one), and others less so. This is fairly typical of smaller southern cities, but the location was great...very easy access to downtown and the bridge to Biloxi and points west. We recommend this property, and we hope to be able to rent it again.

Quick trip to the coast

The property was PERFECT, the location was GREAT. The beach was just a few minutes on the golf cart and all the hot spots in Ocean Springs, just a quick ride on the golf cart. This is an absolute great location to stay in.

Could use a propane gas tank for the grill outside and the yard could have been cut as we have a little dog and she was not wanting the tall grass. We would definitely recommend and would go again.
