  • Welcome to Tiny Tide, your home away from home in the heart of Ocean Springs. Located in a charming cottage neighborhood, you're just minutes from downtown restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and Front Beach. This newly updated 2BR/1BA features a walk-in tile shower, quartz counters, stainless appliances, and thoughtful designer touches. Sip your morning coffee on the covered porch and come home to a peaceful space perfect for relaxing after exploring Ocean Springs.

    Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of the locked Owner’s Cabinet which is reserved for property use.

    Tiny Tide also offers an optional 4-passenger golf cart rental for an additional fee. This amenity may be used within the designated golf cart district, including approved downtown and beach routes.

    To operate the golf cart, guests must:
    • Be at least 21 years of age
    • Provide a valid driver’s license
    • Provide proof of personal automobile insurance
    • Complete and sign the Golf Cart Rules & Liability Waiver Agreement prior to check-in

    Golf cart access will only be granted once all required documentation has been submitted, approved and payment has been made. No refunds will be issued if guests are unable to use the golf cart due to failure to provide the required documents prior to arrival.

The house was precious and perfect for our trip. Everything was very clean, organized and just as the listing said. The location is great and close to dining and shops. The host was very timely in answering when we had a question. We will definitely book with them again!
