4 Bedroom /2.5 Bath single family home with garage available for weekly rental in Southampton. Located within minutes of Bethany Beach, this home offers access to community pool & tennis as well as a great pond view from the back deck. Central AC, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, 3 TVs and both gas & charcoal BBQ are all standard in this comfortable home for 8-10 people. 2 Air mattresses also available in the house. No smoking!

Great property and house is stocked!

This house was wonderful! Clean and well maintained. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates, cups & bowls and we could have two meals before running out of anything. Had enough space for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly too! 10 min drive to food store, ice cream and restaurants. Beach chairs for everyone. Only complaint was many flies and had to go purchase a fly swatter. Big community pool with plenty of shade, tables and chairs. Pool was always crystal clear and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Summer Vacation Spot

7 family members and a small dog stayed last week (3 adults and 4 teens) for a summer vacation in Bethany Beach. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and it fully met our expectations. A few key negatives were (1) on the main level there were flies throughout the kitchen and living room, to the point that the hosts had several fly swatters hanging and available; (2) the marsh in the backyard, while picturesque, gave off an absolutely terrible smell making it near impossible to hang out on the deck, and (3) while only a 10 min drive from the beach, it’s a very long ten minutes, and after packing up the car and then finding a parking spot, it’s a lot to deal with each day. That said, plenty of positives about this property! It was clean (except for the flies), spacious, beds were comfy, showers were great, plenty of couch space, lots of TVs, we enjoyed the community pool, and it was a nice, quiet neighborhood. This rental made for a really nice summer vacation for our family!

Beautiful house with enough room for everyone!

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful and big enough for our group. We loved that the kitchen was super well stocked with everything we needed. There were games, movies, and enough beach chairs to bring 10 people to the beach! I would definitely rent it again when I go back to Bethany. The only thing I would change is that they do not provide sheets or towels, so that took a lot of space in our cars when we packed. Overall, great vacation home for a big family!
