Just steps to The Village Pavilion (with its pools, tennis courts and more) and the golf course's clubhouse, this updated two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end townhomes main level features hardwood flooring throughout and is home to a screened porch, open deck, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (renovated for 2016), half bathroom and master suite. Newly carpeted (2016), the top floor offers a full bathroom and the remaining two bedrooms. Central air conditioning, and full size washer and dryer too. 5 TVs, 3 DVDs, charcoal grill, 1-car garage, Wifi., gas fireplace Notes: Dining area seats 6. This Bear Trap Dunes townhome is a Friday to Friday rental during the summer season. Why Friday? Start your vacation without the Saturday traffic and check-in crowds. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Clean, very well equipped rental. Great location close to Pavillion and extra parking. Spacious rooms and updated kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, layout, and amenities. Would have given it a five if we had water when we first checked in. Agency was great about addressing the issue not sure why the cleaning crew that was there earlier didn't report it so it was fixed before we got there.

Great find in Ocean View!

We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Willow Oak in Bear Trap Dunes. The house itself was bright and beachy, had great areas for my party to be together but also enough space for us to spread out as well. The home has a full kitchen that was well-supplied and we took advantage by making a lot of our own meals there. The home is a short walk from the pools (which we used every day) tennis courts, basketball court and fitness rooms, as well as the Bear Trap Dunes Golf clubhouse and restaurant. Bear Trap Dunes is conveniently located with grocery stores close by and a short drive down Atlantic Ave to Bethany Beach (about 10 minutes with no traffic). Beach traffic can back up, but we got around that by heading to the beach around 7:30 in the morning.
