- Escape to a newly built (2025) beach retreat just 2 miles from Bethany Beach in a quiet, family-friendly resort community. This bright 3BR, 2BA home sleeps 6–7, features gourmet kitchen with huge island, private patio with grill, and access to resort style clubhouse with pool, gym, sauna, and trails.
Only 5 minutes driving or shuttle bus to beach, shops and boardwalk. Short ride to Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach or Ferry to Cape May. This beautifully appointed home offers a a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and an inviting living space with 85" new smart TV. Enjoy the EZ-Breezy screened-in back porch for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The home features three comfortable three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All linens and towels are provided by host for free.
Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and one twin over full bunk bed.
Additional highlights include an open office, spacious two car garage and driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, in-home washer and dryer, and beach essentials including outdoor shower , 4 beach chairs，beach towels and an umbrella.
Perfect for families or snowbirds—book peak summer weeks or ask about off-season rates.
