Perfectly suited to our needs

We needed a place close to our nephew's house in Ocean View for my husband, me, our son and his girlfriend. This wonderful bungalow was the perfect fit. We totally enjoyed our time in Dawn and Gary's rental property, comfy beds, great bathrooms and a kitchen with all the equipment we needed.

This property is fantastic. Indoors and outdoors are very well maintained and clean. We had a hiccup with the WiFi. Gary came over extremely quickly and got as back up and running. My family and I will absolutely be staying here again!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home and the hosts were wonderful! The home is very close (minutes) to Bethany beach and in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice back yard. We could not have asked for better hosts. They even provided us with a bottle of wine at check in! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being so accommodating. We hope to visit again soon!

It was wonderful.

I fell in love with the property based on the online listing, and then I arrived and it was everything the listing said it would be. The house is open and airy, and it is decorated beautifully. Everything looked up to date and new. You could tell it is a well maintained property. I felt comfortable and very relaxed in it. Even though, it was March when we were there, we still found things to do. If you love the beach and like to shop there are beaches and Tanger Outlets everywhere. I enjoyed my stay, and I hope to return with my family again real soon.

Great Vacation House

We stayed 3 nights four days. The property was clean and neat as a pin and was very bright and cheery. The house was very comfortable and has a "new" feeling to it. The house is stocked with more than enough utensils, pots & pans, glasses, kitchen gadgets, towels, linens, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a problem with the front door lock (which turned out to be something I was doing wrong) so I texted the owner. He called me literally in less than 30 seconds and walked me through the fix. The location is fantastic. Everything was no more than 10-20 minutes away: restaurants, grocery shopping, parks, Bethany beach etc but the property itself is in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. This would be a great house for anyone including families with kids or a couple just looking to get away. We'd definitely would stay here again!
