Enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offering 1,756 square feet of comfortable living space in a highly sought-after location - just steps from the Pavilion’s fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, and more, and a short stroll to the clubhouse restaurant. This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $65/PER PERSON/PER WEEK.

With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center.

We love Bear Trap and have stayed in the community many years but this house was a little disappointing. The furniture was not comfortable, the deck needs cleaned and the bikes didn’t have any air in the tires so they weren’t usable. There was also a musty smell in several areas of the home. With some improvements and updates to decorating, it could be great as the location is nice being so close to the pool and amenities.
