Disappointing

Cleanliness was the main issue in this beach house. Beware if your allergic to pets, owner has one. Well located close to sea isle beach (10 min). Host was really nice and prompt to respond to my text.

Satisfactory

The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. The front deck was unpleasant due to traffic noise & the rear deck was unpleasant due to sand fleas. The yard was not well kept. We spent most of our time at the beach so it was sufficient for sleeping, cooking and eating in.

Adequate enough

Wasn't prepared for the unfinished floors and bugs. Grill was great during the heat wave so we didn't have to turn any ovens inside on. There isn't (?) central air perse. It's a wall unit in the living room. And it did not cool the whole house down sufficiently, which was no surprise. Two of the bedrooms had floor fans, but the master did not. House is stocked with tools for the kitchen and general house keeping. BUT DEAR GOD THE ANTS AND SPIDERS. They were everywhere. Cobwebs in bedrooms and showers. Ants in the living room and kitchen. Communication between me and the homeowner was fantastic. Quick replies. Handled things privately for check in, which made for some confusion but overall was fine.

Abordable et à proximité de la plage

Nous étions à la recherche d'une location abordable pour notre séjour à Sea Isle. Nous étions 6 adultes (dont une jeune dame enceinte). La maison est plutôt vieille, mais très propre et les lits confortables. La cuisine est petite, mais fonctionnelle. L'air climatisé, un grand réfrigérateur et une vrai cuisine pour cuisiner c'était une grande amélioration à comparé au camping. Si vous recherchez une place abordable près de la mer je vous recommande cette location.
