    The Space:

    This spacious two-story, 5-bedroom 3.5-bath single family vacation home is located in the community of Wedgefield in Ocean View, just about 10 minutes to the beach and across the street from Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, a 27-hole championship golf course. Less than a block to the community pool, this freshly repainted (2019) home features two master bedrooms - one on first floor and one on second - as well as an 'office/den' with desk, which is great for setting up a laptop. Enjoy the fresh air by relaxing in the covered front porch. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 3 DVDs, gas grill, outdoor shower, Wifi., Keurig (as well as drip coffee maker), 2-car garage (only fits one car due to additional storage). Plus, bikes, golf clubs, pool noodles, sand toys, high chair, pack n play, beach chairs and umbrellas (courtesy items not guaranteed). *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Garage was unusable. The 2 huge trash cans were in the garage and were not emptied probably for weeks. Had a horrible smell which came into the laundry room and a little into the house. Didn't use laundry either because of the smell. Not sure if the air vents were not working upstairs or didnt have central air. To me central air means vents in every room and the upstairs rooms only had vents on the ceiling which did not blow cold air. Rooms upstairs were hot and only one fan available. Didnt use the grill either as it was nasty and didn’t even start. No local tv. If you wanted to watch tv you had to log into your own streaming services. Outdated overall and could use some upgrades. Stains on the couch
