Beautiful new home minutes from the beach

This house is new, well designed and beautifully decorated - it was a great for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The best part is that it's a 5 minute walk or less to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to town.

The house is really beautiful, it was rainy in Manzanita so it was great to have such a comfortable cozy place to stay with a lovely gas fireplace.

Exceeded Our Expectations

Perfect size for 7 people. New & clean modern interior. Kitchen well stocked with high quality cookware & dining service. Short walk to a clean & lightly populated beach & a nice bit of ocean view from the living room. Wonderful windows & window shades that easily open/close & plenty of extra blankets & pillows. Nice storage areas for luggage & shoes. So much about the rental is well thought out for short term visitors!

Special coastal getaway

There are so many things to love about this special spot on the coast! The location is awesome - not too far from downtown, dead end street with beach access steps away and a partial view of the ocean. The house is super cute and incredibly functional with good sized bedrooms, comfy beds and a great room that is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well laid out and stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware etc. We especially loved the various decks from which to enjoy the views. Our kids loved playing in the sand under the front deck when we weren't on the beach. The website indicates that beach chairs and beach towels were supplied but we couldn't find any. No big deal, but we would have brought our own. We had a wonderful visit and plan to rent again soon!

A favorite amongst friends

We love staying at this house, and have so so many friends who have also stayed here as well. It's a favorite and a must annually. The house has the perfect flow, and the simple + elevated aesthetic. There's a warmth to the house while still maintaining a modern vibe. We love the location as well. Close proximity to the beach, golf course, City Playground and the main street. We always feel immediately relaxed when we get settled, and perfectly recharged when we depart. This house has all the necessary amenities we need for cooking, being entertained, and endless forts to build for the kiddos. The street is also perfect for little ones to ride their scooters or bikes, and nigh time s'mores towards to back of the home. A nice bonus is the outdoor hose with warm setting to rinse off before getting back inside. Morning coffee's are also well spent on any one of the outdoor decks or cozy living room. Can't wait to visit again.

House was super cozy and clean and we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable there and would come back. Bunk bed mattresses not most comfortable otherwise all beds great. Late checkout not allowed currently which was a bummer with older guests in need of more time. You will enjoy your stay and highly recommend!

Excellent Location and nice home

We loved our stay, it was a great layout for our group of 2 small families. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach very much, and the nice quiet street for kids to play. If you’re a parent and your kids needs a dark room, make sure to bring extra covers for the windows as the blinds don’t block the light. We’ll be back!

We had the most amazing weekend at the coast. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in such a beautiful home. This home had comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen for cooking, simple stylish interiors and great space to hang out. The space is perfect for families or large groups of friends. We loved this home. The style is modern simplicity with a Scandinavian vibe, so hard to find in a beach house. The home was spotless. The kitchen, great room and fireplace are light filled and gorgeous. The decks off each room are such a great feature. Perfect beach access at the end of the street. We cannot wait to come back.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this great property. We invited a new set of friends to enjoy with us. They all enjoyed Manzanita, the home and the beautiful architecture inside. We’re all a bunch Of designers, so appreciating the details was fun to do. Everything we needed, perfect level of relaxation and comfort. Looking forward to next year.
