Very beautiful and up to date. Had a nice flow to it with 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. Easy access to beach for surfing, skim boarding, boogie boards and dunes for side by side adventures. The patio on roof top was great for late afternoon’s and evening’s. Highly recommend for a beach family vacation.

Excellent Beachfront Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. House was well furnished and everyone had a place to lay down and rest. The kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms were spotless and had all of the essentials. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had about our stay. Overall an excellent place to stay in Oceano!

Hosts are friendly & welcoming (thanks for the local wine!) and shared helpful recommendations. We love how we could easily walk to the beach and really enjoyed all the amenities in the house. Looking forward to returning for our next visit.

Great Location/ Beautiful Home

The house was perfect for what we needed for a group of 7 and there was room to add more if we had needed. The home was beautiful and spotless, the neighborhood was quiet and so close to the beach! Great little restaurant and beach rentals within walking distance. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay for our family!

Our family had a great stay here. :) Everything was clean, new and accessible. Plenty of room for our whole family. It was fun to walk over to the beach each evening to watch the sunset.

Fantastic house and owners

The house is beautifully appointed and is just as pictured (new looking and feeling). The owners had fantastic instructions for where to find things and made us feel welcome. They even helped us retrieve electronics that we accidentally left behind! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect home

The house is amazing, we’ve rented a beach house every summer the past few years and always try and rent a different house. I’d have to say this was the best house so far. Great location, plenty of room and just overall an amazing house.

Family Vacation

Joy & Moe's place is beautiful. From the rooftop deck overlooking the dunes and ocean to being just a few min away from Pismo and SLO, we loved everything about this house. We had 4 couples stay here for a cousins wedding and had no issues with comfort or space (other than one couple having to use the bunk bed), but we knew that ahead of time. The house is newly renovated and the furnishings and appliances were all done really nicely. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Oceano Spectacular

We had a family reunion to attend in Pismo and found this amazing Oceano home steps away from the dunes. Beautiful two story, amazing open areas, balcony off second floor that extended the kitchen perfectly, ample sized bedrooms, a rooftop patio, the list goes on. The owners did a fantastic job amd literally thought of everything, including bogey boards and games in the garage. Highly recommend!

Excellent beach getaway property

Modern and beautiful home which is just a 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very well furnished and super clean. The roof top with a fire pit was a huge hit with the kids. Walkable distance to ATV rentals on the beach. Outdoor shower a huge plus after a visit to the beach. Owners were very helpful in answering questions. Would definitely go back some day. If you are in the Pismo Beach area look no further for a modern and cozy property.

Great beach house!

We stayed here with two other families with kids and it was great. The house itself is well appointed, was very clean and a thoroughly modern space. We only wish we could have used the roof deck more (but it was too cold!) Little touches like the Xbox and the bluetooth speaker were appreciated. The distance to the beach is perfect and, really, we didn't go anywhere but back and forth to the water all the days, we were there. Highly recommended and we'll probably be back!

This place was absolutely perfect. There wasn’t one thing that the host didn’t think about. So many amenities! We had friends and our kids for a long weekend, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Steps from the beach, ultra clean, very spacious, comfy beds, towels, linens, games, etc. They even had all the dishes and appliances we needed. Thank you Joy and Moe!!!!!

This place is definitely it if you are looking for a very clean and modern home to stay in. I am a huge germ freak and this place looked like no one had ever used it. It was so so so clean. I wish I was able to stay longer to use the space more. The features of this home are sick, the online photos don’t do it enough justice. Thanks for a marvelous time :)

Great vacation rental for our family!

Spacious and new home yards away from beach access. Plenty of beds, super clean, and pretty quiet neighborhood. There was some construction next door (remodeling house) but the workers came after 8 am and were usually done by 3 or 4 pm. The roof patio is so nice! The beach isn't full of people but there are cars driving to the dunes all day. It didn't bother us. And so many sand dollars to collect along the beach! Would rent this beach again and hope to!

Best spot to stay near SLO

We rented this property for a weekend away with friends and to celebrate a 30th birthday. This house could not be more ideal! The rooftop views were incredible during sunset and the location was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and eat around the table together. We even BBQ’d one night on the outdoor girl. Anything we could possibly need was provided for us. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The house itself is beautiful. Could not recommend this place more! I hope to be back one day!

awesome house!

Recently had a family weekend stay at 325 york and the house was perfect. it handled 15 people with no problem. multiple spaces to entertain, from the multi media game room downstairs, ping pong in the garage, ground floor patio, 2nd level living/kitchen space, 2nd floor ocean view BBQ deck and best of all, the fully furnished roof top deck. there was always a new spot to escape to. rooms were quiet, with comfy beds, made up with super soft sheets...we didn't want to get up. i highly recommend this house for anyone who wants to experience some cutting edge oceano architecture and a fashionable, yet warm and welcoming interior space.

Blake's Family Graduation Party

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bedding/towels were comfortable and luxurious. The rooftop terrace was spectacular, especially at night. We loved going to the beach. It was so easily accessible. Both propane tanks were empty, so we had to change them out. The fire pits did work once we replaced the tanks. The large table in the kitchen was very useful for our party. The home was designed with almost everything I would put in my own house plan. We are a family of designers, so we appreciated all of the added and special touches throughout the home. Thank you for making our child's graduation weekend a wonderful experience and memory for us all to cherish.
