This is a single/private vacation room for rent in a house. No house access. Room is blocked from rest of house and is private. Own entrance into room. Own bathroom in room. Small refrigerator, microwave, and kuerig in room. Queen-sized bed. TV and wireless in-room. Own entrance to front patio and firepit. Street-parking and room for bigger vehicles/trailers. Dogs allowed if friendly and are not to be left alone on property.. My dog has no access to guest area. One mile to Oceano Dunes and 2 miles to Pismo Beach. No access to main house. Perfect!

The room is small but very comfortable and clean. Cute decor throughout with a wonderful, beautifully landscaped outdoor patio with a fire pit to enjoy the cool beachy evenings. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice place to stay

We loved the bungalow feel of the place and colorful decor. It was exactly what we needed as a home base to visit in the area. Nice personal touches on the dog towels and treats! Would have loved to meet the resident pups! Hopefully next time we come it won't be quite so stormy! Many thanks to the hosts!

Loved the outside patio

We were only looking for a place to rest our head at night and we got much more. The room was cozy and small but the patio outside made it feel bigger. We spent more time outside enjoying the garden and private patio.

Praise the Sun!

I love gardening and succulents, nothing prepared me for the patio in front of the room. The decorations and ambiance was such a beachy feel good kinda thing. Our dogs had fun and we sunk into the bed which was such quality and had a very well rested night. The dogs didn't even get up like they normally do, we all slept and woke up to a beautiful peaceful morning.

Comfortable for 2 people. My son loved the dogs and the cat. Dogs barked very loudly when we arrived; but were quiet at night (we didn't have direct contact with the pets; they were fenced in). We had almost everything we needed -- it would be handy if there were hooks for hanging clothes. We would come back again.

Quiet retreat with personality

This spot was just what we needed for our short trip: a peaceful reasonably priced place tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that was within short, easy driving distance to Grover Beach and other amenities. The personality of the place was an added bonus. Just look for the artsy property decorated with antiques and various knickknacks. You can’t miss it. The spot is connected to the main house but is totally private, with a private entrance, a bathroom, and a microwave and fridge. There’s also a patio area for guests. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze.

Adorable place to stay in Pismo area

Our stay was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. Easy to get to several beaches, hikes, wineries and shopping. The room and patio area were adorable and had so many artistic touches. It was nice to come back in the evening and sit on the large patio by the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again and will bring our dogs next time.

Most comfortable bed

Woke up to charm of the Spanish style cottage. Sunflowers on the wall and bed that felt like heaven. The smell of ocean air and quiet. Very nice place.

Warm, Cozy and Cute

Very well decorated; Cute and Cozy. We loved the floor heater. We come from Big Bear and sleep well at 60. The patio was awesome for enjoying our morning coffee.

Cozy nook with wonderful hospitality!

My boyfriend, dog and I had a lovely stay in this room! The room is charmingly furnished with thoughtful touches all around. Interacting with hosts was always pleasant, yet we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The bed comforter was SO COMFORTABLE, and we loved having the patio fire pit to use as well. Location is just a short drive from downtown Pismo (so fun!), Avila Dog Beach, a coffee shop, and lots of other local spots. We hope to come back!
