Turquoise Beach - E202 at North Coast Village

Wake up to stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from this beautiful south-facing beach condo! Enjoy the breathtaking view from your bedroom and relax in a cozy King-size bed. Take a sip of a calming beverage from the balcony while soaking in the ocean, the lush green, the sparkling pool, and the tropical gardens of North Coast Village. All these sights are right in your living room and balcony.

After a day of exploring or soaking up the sun and surf, Turquoise Beach is the perfect place to unwind. The living room is mirrored, giving you gorgeous views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, and living area. It’s comfortably furnished with a queen sofa bed and two chairs, and has a charming granite fireplace. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with granite countertops and is equipped with all the essentials - dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, and coffee pot.

Make My Vacation takes care of everything - linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. They’ve even provided a TV for your entertainment and free wireless Internet.

As you walk through the staffed secure gate to North Coast Village you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California.

You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit.

When you venture through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat, with fire rings, volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back!

To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially convenient when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

North Coast Village stay

This was our 3rd visit to NCV. We like how easy it is to walk to the downtown area of Oceanside. The pool area and nearness to the beach is wonderful. So much to do in the area, too!

When we got to North Coast Village and our condo, it was heaven. A perfect view and the condo was, as well. Everything that was necessary for living was in the condo. The appliances are outdated (but worked fine) and the bathroom sink needs to be replaced, but the beds were comfortable as was the rest of the living space. I would rent this condo again.

It is within walking distance of everything Oceanside has to offer. That said, the condo is not new. The kitchen and bathroom need serious updating and the carpet is way past due for replacement. The rental company is very responsive to any concerns and it is a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent Location with a view

The pictures do not do the view justice the location was wonderful. There were a few hiccups with the unit itself however the management company said they’re going to take care of it. Overall a great stay and I would stay there again

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful Views!

This place was amazing!! Beautiful views of the ocean, you could hear the waves from the entire condo, the grounds were beautiful-overall fantastic! We spent most of the time at the beach, which was only a short couple minute walk! The condo had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again - E202 is our favorite one so far at this complex!

Love it!

The view from the balcony is amazing! The beach is very close!We enjoyed staying in this property! Will come next year for sure! Some upgrades are needed, like carpet, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In overall- it is a good place to stau for vacation!

The location is great, walkable to everything in Oceanside. Unfortunately, the property grounds were undergoing some renovations, so not as peaceful or pretty as normal. The unit itself was not new, but was comfortable and the management company, Make My Vacation, was very responsive to all of my concerns and/or questions. I am looking forward to my return next winter!

The kitchen had all the amenities you needed and nice cookware, dishes etc. The unit is close to the pool and elevator. The management doesn’t supply any luggage carts to bring your things up from the secure covered parking garage- bringing your own foldable wagon is a real plus. The management company was readily available for any of our questions.Loved going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean every night- we’re definitely coming back again!!

Honest Pros and Cons of Property

The NCV complex is amazing. The pool area, hot tub, grilling spaces and laundry room are impeccably clean. The grounds are beautiful!!! Our property itself, is desperately in need of updating. The tub and bathroom sink should be replaced. A new mattress is needed. Carpets should be replaced as well. I don't think they can be cleaned anymore. I would suggest a welcome book to give directions for televisions and remotes. It would be beneficial to have favorite grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance listed in a binder. A pad of paper and pencil, a deck of cards, an Oceanside magazine would be very welcoming.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an 11 night stay here . It was pretty good with the apartments in a good location . We were able walk to the marina which was nice and the facilities were good. Good pool, gym and the grounds were very nicely kept. The apartment itself had a lovely outlook overlooking the pool and also nice views of the ocean. However there were a few issues which let it down for us. The tv in the bedroom worked intermittently, the toilet kept blocking up, and we spoke to the office and they told us to fix it ourselves with the plunger that was provided so it’s quite clear this happens on a regular basis, some stains on the carpet , the dishwasher didn’t close properly, the door to the balcony extremely hard to open and the shower was terrible. I think if the owners gave this apartment some TLC, it would be really lovely but until then it’s probably worth staying elsewhere .

Was impressed by the unit we saw there was no air vents so no Ac but we had windows and sliding door open we had it open all night as well hearing ocean atday/night was amazing, unit can have some work done to it but it work which was fine it had dishes cookwear towels everything thats was ineeded to have in a living space, my family loved it

Almost Perfect

Overall, unit was good. Great ocean and pool views. The mini-toilet was the one drawback, especially for tall people. Changing it to a normal size is greatly encouraged!

Beach Time

The unit was very nice and well furnished. The view of property and ocean fantastic. Being close to the pool with all the kids during the day was fun to watch, but we do wonder why the older kids were not in school. We have in the past stayed on the North Coast property and are aware of all they offer.
