This home has so much to offer guests of all tastes with over sized Kitchen fit for a chef, 10 ft ceilings throughout, Cozy fireplace, larger rooms, spa style baths and extra large Panoramic Ocean View deck for entertaining and BBQ. Town home has a unique Tri level design w Kitchen and living space on top and Bedrooms in the middle and 2 car garage on ground level. No car necessary as you are literally 5 blocks from the beach and only 3.5 blocks to down town with amazing restaurants and breweries.

Two bikes supplied for riding around the beach community, as well as beach toys, beach chairs.

Daughter Graduation

Our stay was wonderful we were there for 4 nights to attend our daughter DI graduation. This place is walking distance to downtown Oceanside which we loved and tried out the local restaurants! A must try is the Thursday evening food festival loved it ! We ate so much ! Our host was very responsive ! We will definitely be staying again here !

Wonderful family get away!

This rental is a dream come true for a family, or even friends joining in! Location is great and when we had any questions about the check in process we had a quick response. I would highly recommend this place!! Our family plans on going again, very soon!

Wonderful property

Excellent property very close to beach. Very clean, excellent accommodations, property had everything we needed in the home. Parking was easy, great internet and communication was good from the beginning.

Amazing property

This was a great place to stay! It is walking distance to Oceanside pier and shopping/food. We stayed in unit A and it was spacious and clean. Rooftop was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. Laundry in unit was super convenient. Big soaking bath in master was amazing to relax in. Very secure unit with indoor parking under unit. We would love to stay again!

Perfectly Located for Everything

This beautiful townhouse is perfectly located for the beach, stores, restaurants, and the highway. Most days we left the car in the garage and walked to the farmer's market, just 2 blocks away, and the twilight market, just 3 blocks away. So many close restaurants to choose from in close proximity as well. I would recommend this property to anyone. Clean, beautiful, and the rooftop deck! The bathrooms are gorgeous!

Great location

The property location was great. The pier and beach are an easy walk. The trains do not bow their whistle in this neighborhood. The roof top deck with grill was a nice bonus. My 92 yo mom was able to enjoy the sunset from inside while others took in the view from up top. We were able to use the elevator for my mom otherwise she would not have been able to do all the stairs. I highly recommend this townhouse and will recommend to others.

Family Getaway

Once we figured out how to get in everything else was great! The check-in process was a little confusing for us...maybe it was TOO easy?? The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved that there was a baby gate so we could contain the little ones to which ever floor we were on. We would totally recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Oceanside.

Great place for young, energetic adults

The property was clean and well appointed. The property manager was responsive and very nice. There are four levels with ling stairways which was difficult for two senior’s, two toddlers and their pregnant mom. There was an elevator which would have been a great help but it was only for handicapped. The property location was not optimal and did not feel safe. There were many homeless people acting strangely around the area and walking to the beach which caused anxiety for the young mother in our group with two toddlers. She did not feel safe walking without adult male escort. The property is better suited for young adults without young children.

July 4th Stay

Good location for walking to beach and other amenities.However right off Coast Hwy street and extremely noisy when windows open with loud cars and sirens. All kitchen supplies provided. Home was mostly clean except ant issue. Trash needs to be taken out real-time! Definitely an ant issue that needs to be treated on all levels of you have garage in trash cans for more than an hour in kitchen and all baths. Outdoor deck was nice with barbecue and view. 2nd bedroom mattress less than desirable. Private Garage and code entry’s to building was nice to feel safe and secure. 3 flights of stairs hard on the knees.

Super comfortable and great location

We flew into San Diego on the day Hurricane Hilary hit SoCal. Knowing this, I communicated with the owners about flashlights and potential flexibility of stay. They responded to all questions/concerns right away, which helped with my anxiety of arriving on the day a tropical storm. The condo is divided into 3 units. The garage is a 2 stall, but it was a tight fit to enter and exit with our rental mini van. It would be very challenging to park 2 cars in there though. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. They provided some basic toiletries, which came in handy for sure! They had liquid hand soap and dish soap, which is nice when traveling with young children. The washer and dryer were conveniently next to the bedrooms. There were plenty of pots and pans for using to cook meals. Our boys were so tired from our daily adventures and beach days that we had all breakfasts and 5/7 dinners at the condo. The location was great. It was a little bit of a walk with our 5 year old when coming back from the beach or dinner when he was tired, but our 9 year old made no complaints. They provided a wagon, cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a bucket for sand play. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again!

Amazing stay for our family!!!

We stayed now our second time at this location and it is definitely a 5 star location. Everything you could possibly need can be found here. Easy walk to the beach, dining, stores, street fair, and much more. Comfortable beds and furniture. Best thing is we had 7 people and we all got through showers after the beach with hot water. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Spacious, clean rooms and centrally located for our purposes. We had a bi-coastal wedding with 110 guests on Friday- There were SO many moving parts/wedding STUFF and STEPS to climb it was comical!
