    Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, including coffee machine,dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/range, microwave, & refrigerator with built in water filter. All the cooking utensils you could need!
    Recessed lighting throughout, 2 flat screen HDTV's, and tastefully decorated in coastal decor.
    1 parking space and plenty of street parking.

One block from te beach

Our stay was wonderful. We walked to the beach every day. The sunsets were amazing. There were lots of choices for coffee and food a short walk away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated having a dresser for holding our clothes. Laney was really prompt in responding and very kind.

Amazing location

I recently had to evacuate LA due to the fire so I scrambled for a place to stay. I was able to book this terrific apartment the same day and they were very accommodating. The location is perfect, quiet and safe! Just one block to the beach so I was able to go and see the sunset every night. Definitely recommend!!

We had a nice 2 day stay. Host was very responsive when there were a final minor issues at check in. It was a short walk to the beach which was great. The coffee shop served espresso which I enjoyed each day. Loved that there was garage parking. The ocean view was very minimal so don't count on much there. For our short stay, this place fit the bill.

Everything we needed!

What a fantastic rental! We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 year old - the space was perfect for the three of us. The enclosed courtyard felt private and secure, the parking was just outside the gate. The unit was incredibly clean, very, very well stocked with the kitchen amenities needed, and the common areas actually felt bigger than the pictures reflect - perfect for a play / lounge space. Highly recommend!
