Ocean View and Ocean Close - Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and stunning vistas of the pool and gardens from this gorgeous south-facing beach condo. Immerse yourself in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, waking up to the soothing sounds of the surf every morning and watching boats sail by on your own ocean-view balcony!

Convenience is key with a fully equipped kitchen and two professional barbecues available above the pool area. The kitchen boasts sparkling quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinets, a glass tile backsplash, designer lighting, and stainless appliances. Beautiful wood-look ceramic tile adorns the entire condo. The living room features recessed lighting, a queen sleeper sofa with an extra-deep mattress, a recliner, and two comfortable chairs. It opens to an ocean-view balcony.

The bedroom offers a comfortable pillow-top king-size bed and a private door. Two televisions with cable, along with complimentary wireless Internet, are provided.

Make My Vacation takes care of all linens and towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. The Living Room TV is available for entertainment, and free wireless Internet is also provided.

The updated bathroom features beautiful designer tile and glass tile trim, along with a separate dressing/sink area.

Steps from the sand - no roads to cross! Stroll through the gorgeous, lush grounds with waterfalls, streams, Koi ponds, large heated pool, spa, BBQ's, putting green, exercise area, saunas, billiards, and ping pong. In the evening, the Village is magical with gorgeous colored lighting.

North Coast Village is located right on the beach between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand - this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the Olympic sized heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Parties or events are not allowed at this property.

The Main Street Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

North Coast Village offers billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will also find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities.

It was decorated beautifully and felt so inviting. The unit had excellent furniture, a well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view. It was perfect being so close to the pool area, mini golf, and beach. It was great hearing some of the people enjoying the amenities with their families as well. The property manager check in by calling to make sure things were going well.

I like the size and convenience of the units and the resort-like setting and privacy. Have stayed in this renovated unit twice, and it has a nice blend of amenities plus a great view. And very important , the management team is responsive to renter needs.Having access to a car, plus a safe place to park within the complex, makes NCV a convenient choice for vacation exploration.

The only two complaints we have is the location of the condo to the pool and put-put caused a ton of noise late at night. Also we were on the 2nd floor and the elevators are SLOW and always overpacked on day of checkout. We barely made our checkout time and had to wait on 6 full elevators before we could get on.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We were greeted by fresh ocean air and rolling waves. The unit was very clean. We had access to all the amenities of the condo like we lived there! The pool was heated. We had direct access to the beach from the complex . The short walk to restaurants and Nanna & Pop Pop’s Ice cream and candy store was excellent. We had PLENTY of towels, 4 extra pillows and 2 extra blankets. There was also 2 beach chairs and umbrella to use!! Bummers: no coffee or tea, no shampoo/conditioner: bring your own. The unit has a full kitchen to cook, but we were only in for the weekend and didn’t want to carry in more things. Tip: bring small bites like cereal, toast, milk. The check in map and directions could be reworded and clarified, but we found it. We will be looking to book this unit again in the future. We love the San Diego area. Oceanside is lovely and more down to earth than San Diego proper. Snag whatever dates you can for the summer. You can’t beat the beach access! When I lived in SD, finding parking near the beach was always a hassle. We walked there, boogie boarded for a solid 3 hours and came back in to wash up for dinner. We have never booked a unit like this before . I was very worried & wondered if we should have booked a hotel. This was a wonderful experience. So easy. Loved the privacy and living like a local while we were in town!!

Always a great time at NCV

We love North Coast Village. The property is stunning and you can’t beat the proximity to the ocean. The only draw back is the underground parking has very low clearance. We had to remove our Thule carrier and place it on the hood of the car to get into our parking spot. Otherwise, the condo is well-appointed and we made use of the beach chairs.

Great place!

I would definitely stay here again. We had everything we needed and it was clean and well updated. This place is right on the beach which makes it so nice you can hear the ocean waves at night. It was walking distance to town which made it nice.
