A21 - Seashore Cottage at North Coast Village

This oceanfront location simply can't be beat, and now boasts a completely new interior! Treat yourself to relaxing on your own oceanfront balcony, surrounded by the sounds and sights of the Pacific Ocean. Watch sailboats, dolphins, crashing waves, and outrageous sunsets even from inside this stunning beach condo. Amenities include porcelain wood-look floors, quartz countertops, recessed lighting, new cabinets, a kitchen island with wine fridge, 3 smart TV's, and completely updated bathrooms with dual sinks and walk-in shower in the primary bath. A cozy stacked stone fireplace creates a warm ambiance in the living area with a queen sofa bed. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

The "A" Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has been re-done, and it is gorgeous!

Seashore Cottage is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront tropical paradise between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. Enjoy long walks along one of the best beaches in Southern California. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping pong, a newly redesigned fitness center with saunas, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with ping pong, billiards and Foosball.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Amazing View

We walked on the beach daily. My family fought over who gets to sit in the lazy boy recliner. Kitchen is well equipped so we were able to enjoy home cooked meals. We will defnitely stay here again!

We had a great time

5 of us in our 60's. We appreciated the walk in shower in this nicely updated condo. The location was perfect and the view was wonderful. The public bathroom across the street was not a problem. Only downfall was the sofa bed was uncomfortable. If we stay here again we will bring an air mattress.

location pros/cons

This is our second time in this unit and we LOVE it! We were aware of it's location the first time we stayed. For us it's totally worth having public restrooms in view because the sand is literally steps away from the back patio. Getting on the sand is a priority for us, walking to the pier, to the harbor and we enjoy watching cool/classic cars drive by. We will be back sooner than later. Thank you.

Great location could be cleaner

Location is excellent and the check in is very organized. Garage is literally yards away so easy to carry bags etc. Bedding is just okay. Some stains on furniture. You can open windows in main bedroom and listen to the ocean at night, but the condo is next to stop sign and public restrooms so you can hear some extra noise; we didn’t mind it but if you’re light sleeper it may be an issue.

Extremely roomy and we loved the colors of aqua and beige it was decorated with. The couch was very roomy as welland big! It folded out to a queen-sized bedas we'll as a king in the master and twins in the 2nd bedroom.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, we used paper, and plenty of plastic and glass glasses. We didn't have to take anything but clothes and food. There were great kitchen appliances, toaster, blender, crock pot, air fryer and utensils.I would stay here again! Definitely!

Right across from the sand!

The unit: As presented in the pics, no surprises, which we appreciate. A lovely interior. The street-level porch is great for endless hours or people and car club watching. Grounds: we didn't use the pools or hot tubs. The hot tub of the primary grounds set [on the other side of the road] was packed was overrun with a zillion kids. The pool and communal barbecue were also very crowded. The putting green had wet towels and other 'stuff' thrown about on it. If these amenities are a consideration for you, not A+ usability. They weren't for us, we were here for the proximity to the beach and the unit itself. So enjoyed our stay.

Location was great and easy walk to both the pier one direction and the harbor the other direction for good restaurants. Nice to be so close to the sand on a clean beach, too. The nearby beach bathroom was not a big concern as we thought it would be when we arrived. The only negative was sometimes cars driving by on the one-way street off the patio after 11 pm playing really loud music (summer at the beach). The condo was comfortable and a good layout - it had everything we needed. 3 ceiling fans but only one controller - I think the unit above has the same fans as the light randomly turned on. Nice to have gated access and had the ability to park two cars (one for us and one for a guest). Definitely recommend to stay here and would come back.

Beautiful property,well maintained,good security. Underground assigned parking. Across from beach. A few suggestions for condo. Didnt expect that many stairs to get to ground level condo! Noone suggested parking by gate to unload as it was easiest. Very difficult to find pools and stairs to get there! No luggage racks to put suitcases on. No hooks for clothes or robes or pjs. Couldnt get tv to work with no instructions in room. No oceanside map of what to see or places to eat in the area in the condo. No shops within walking distance. View was obstructed by beach restroom from condo to the north. Great view otherwise. Control for fans was strange turned some on and others off as well as lites. We did enjoy our time though! Misty at hoa was great. First gal to check in was not helpful

We like the location. This is our second time staying here. Last year it had everything we needed, but this year there was no tinfoil, saran wrap or baggies. We like to do some cooking occasionally.

This was a great condo. Exactly on the beach as described. We stay here every year and will always rent right here. They have all the amenities and everything is in walking distance or a short drive. We learned this year to order food delivery to 900 The Strand N and put in special delivery instructions to the patio we were at. Very easy. Love this place and can't wait until next time!

The beach view was a little obstructed with the public restroom across the street. However, we could see enough for it to be enjoyable! And would come back to this location again. The only downside for us was the construction of a remodel going on above us made it so it was not very relaxing inside
