Pacific Villa #3 | Relax and Unwind with Beautiful Ocean Views

Built in the 1940s, this remodeled property combines original detailing such as the gorgeous stone fireplace with modern furnishings and an open layout. Relax on a balcony with drink in hand and watch the sun sink into the Pacific. In the morning, get ready to hit the beach while enjoying views of the surf from the comfort of your apartment.

Pacific Villas: Unit 3 is located in the 3-story east building on the third floor. The unit is ocean facing with a panoramic ocean view and is nestled in a small, 6-unit vacation rental complex.

Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM.
Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM.

Property Details:
- Parking Disclosure: One parking spot is included with the unit, however, please note that the motor-court in accessed via a tunnel. Tunnel clearance is tight (6 ft 8 inches high & 8 ft 2 inches wide), therefore large vehicles may not have enough clearance to utilize the spot. We ask that guests plan accordingly and travel in smaller vehicles when possible for ease of convenience in parking.
- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events. Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property.

PAYMENTS
- Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
- If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
- Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
- Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property

CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.
