Experience coastal comfort and value in this top-floor, two-story condo in North Coast Village, featuring 2 bedrooms—a king suite and a second room with a queen and bunk bed—each with its own bathroom. Enjoy a private balcony and spacious rooftop deck, plus a full kitchen, dining area, and inviting living space. Features include a full kitchen, WiFi, and private patio (no A/C; fans and heaters provided). HOA amenities include a heated pool, 2 additional pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a game room, a putting green, BBQ areas, a clubhouse, an elevator, assigned parking, and koi ponds. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided. Shared laundry on-site. Please note: third-floor unit with stair access only.
Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners. We really enjoyed our winter in Oceanside. Wonderful ocean views from this unit. The unit and property is well maintained. Great location with many fun things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Closest thing to sleeping on the sand

Property isn’t fancy but meets all your needs. We enjoyed being so close to the beach that we could go to it in minutes or sit on the deck upstairs and see/hear it. We were glad fans were provided to keep the place cooler when a bit of humidity snuck in

Beautiful condo complex and amazing location and view. This part is all good! Issues- there is only one parking spot and we had multiple people meeting up here. The person we communicated with was not up on alternative parking options. I spent a lot of time researching lots and prices, Location and whether you could stay there over night. This should all be prepared and readily provided. Next- any communication by text is with a robi- chat system. Did not feel good at all- no personal touch. Lastly the directions for where to park and check in are not clear. The security booth is not in the lot as described and it was confusing. Once we figured it out, the people in the booth were amazing and very friendly

Great week in Oceanside

This property is in a great location and very clean. Check-In and Check-Out were very easy and seamless. My whole family enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and especially the views of the beach from the two balconies. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again.

Perfect location with a perfect view.

Spent Christmas with our teen to adult kids at Pier View Retreat. Very comfortable and well appointed. Sweet and cozy. Great location and the two private balconies were our favorite spots. We will definitely plan to come back.

All 6 of us loved Jon’s townhome. It is spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place for us to stay. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, along with the rooftop patio made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to walk to most places we were planning on going to. We used Uber and Lyft other times. Jon was very accommodating and replied to my questions in a timely manner.

Great Ocean Views

The views were incredible and incredibly relaxing, and were by far the best aspect of this property. However, the property was clean and neat, and we appreciated the standing fans, the beach chairs, and the beach towels. NCV is a quiet, peaceful place, and well-worth the price of admission.
