Property was clean with updated furnishings, really enjoyed the private patio in the evening. The space was a little tighter than expected but over-all it was a pleasant experience for our small little family! The shower pressure was perfect after a long day in the sun.

Okay the location was kind of noisy but close to everything. The parking was difficult when we came back from dinner.Had to park on street then move car before 6am. Enjoyed the beaches.

This was perfect for us!

We stayed for a couple of weeks. Everything was exactly as advertised, clean and modern. Checking in/out and all communications with the ownership was prompt and friendly. A chair broke and they picked it up right away and asked if I was ok. They have private patios with a table and umbrella out front and we had our coffee there. It’s walkable to the Carlsbad Village - very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The only problem I had during my stay is being woke up at 1:30 am to the neighbors showering for over an hour. Each one in and out for at least 15 min each. It was just awful. For this reason I may not be back….
