Nestled in the heart of Oceanside California, our home is just one mile from the Ocean, in a friendly walking neighborhood with wild parrots! This beautiful space is designed for indoor/outdoor living for up to 8 people with plenty of room to spread out. There are two living rooms, a dining room, 3 bedrooms with w/queen beds, 2.5 baths, a wood-burning fireplace, a wet bar, an oversized patio with a fire pit, game table, and casita with TV and foosball table! Whether your friends celebrating or your family coming together this place is perfect for you!

We had a great time! Perfect, quiet location near the beach. Plenty of space and really nice. Outdoor space was easily usable and comfortable. Lots of spiders, though. Might want to call an exterminator.

Comfortable for 6, with space to separate if you need to.

The house was wonderfully clean and decorated well. With a living room, a separate family room, and outside dining and seating areas, 6 adults could sit together or spread out and have alone time or sit with a few people. I was initially concerned about the lack of AC, but the whole house fan and ceiling fans in every bedroom was plenty. We were in town for a wedding so the location was great for us...centrally located to the venue and relatives with easy access to the 5. We were there during hurricane Hillary, so I can't review the beach. Bart and Brenda were a joy to work with. Incredibly responsive, and we worked through a VRBO technical snafu without drama. I don't give 5-star reviews easily, but I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

A great place to get away... felt like we was at home and such a safe neighborhood!

Great place to stay... close to EVERYTHING! We stayed during Christmas and the owners went out of their way to decorate it for us to make it feel like the holidays. It was close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. They allowed pets and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visiting Oceanside!
