What a great location for beach lovers of all ages! Sea Level Cottage is a single-level 2-bedroom condo with amazing beach access. You also have an ocean view from your patio and lawn area. Comfortably furnished with a queen-size sofa bed, two chairs, and a recliner, the living room features a cozy fireplace and wood-look floors. It is also equipped with a Samsung Smart TV, and high speed wireless internet is included.

The fully-equipped kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and a travertine stone floor.

The primary bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed and the secondary bedroom has bunk beds.

The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has just been re-done, and it is gorgeous!

There are stairs leading to the "front door" of this property, but the sliding glass door in the living room leads out onto a ground-level patio that is accessible from the sidewalk on Breakwater Way, so no stairs are required to enter the property from that location. There's one reserved parking space in the underground private garage. The maximum size of the vehicle allowed is: Height: 6 ½ Feet; Length: 21 Feet.

Sea Level Cottage is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, foosball, table tennis, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms.

There is no central air conditioning at North Coast Village. Parties or events are not allowed at this property.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.
