Clean and comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Oceanside! The unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The bed was comfortable along with the couch. You can easily walk down to the waves but the sand is a bit further.

Not as built up to be

No AC . Fans only moved the heat around.This is a sixplex and was noisy upstairs. If you drive anything bigger than a mg midget you cant get in garage or out of your car. Immediate waterfront is rock. A couple blocks to a beachfront.
