Hip and Tranquil private beach cottage with a quick walk to one of the best beaches in Southern California and world famous Oceanside Pier, casual and upscale restaurants, movie theaters, bars, music at the amphitheater, shopping and dance studio, nearby. You can enjoy all of the noise and fun during the day, and walk back to peace and quiet of a clean modern home to relax. This is indoor/outdoor living. The back yard is fully fenced. There is a private patio off of the living room with a heater, as well as a separate private patio off of the dining room to enjoy.

The house has 2 large bedrooms with Heavenly (R) Queen Sized Beds; lots of drawer and closet space. There is 1 spa inspired bathroom for showers or a leisurely bath. [Coming in just weeks a large master en-suite bathroom with walk in shower].At your request, we can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 2 sleeping in the living room on the comfortable couch and a top quality air mattress.

The fully renovated kitchen is bright and clean, with brand new GE and Bosch appliances. There is a comfortable dining room off of the kitchen, or have your meals on the back patio under the sunshine. You can also prepare your meals on the B-B-Q! There is a brand new Samsung washing machine and dryer for use during your stay.

You have a 42" flat screen TV, DVR, VCR, Blue Ray, with expanded cable and premium channels in the living room. The back bedroom has a 32' flat screen. The study has a laptop computer and unlimited phone calls within the U.S. A Sony stereo for CD's, iPod and iPhone.

All linens are supplied, which are fresh and crisp white cotton. The beds are made to emulate the Westin Heavenly (R) bed. If you want to have more than 4 guests, plush bed linens are provided for the futon and air mattress . . . so it is as comfortable as the Heavenly (R) beds. The bath towels are fresh white cotton, as is the bathrobe for your use while here. (A unique outdoor shower for you to shower prior to coming in the house after a long day at the beach)! A hair dryer is provided for your use, as well. Stainless steel cookware supplied in the kitchen, along with a coffee maker, and an espresso/cappucino machine, if you would prefer. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are available if you just want to hang out at the beach.

While we are happy to make the arrangements for you to rent a car prior to your arrival, a private concierge is available to you during your stay for an additional charge . . . to set up any activities you would like to enjoy while here.

To the East, enjoy many Indian Casinos, as well as the Temecula Wine County. To the North, the harbor at Dana Point; Laguna Beach; Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland in Anaheim are within an hour; Nixon Library; South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa has fantastic shopping.bathroom is under construction].
