Summary:
Our studio on the strand is simply one of the best condos you can book! Fully renovation was just completed and you can enjoy the modern beach style condo on the water. Oceanside is a booming city with incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and craft breweries all within walking distance. Of course, it's the world-class beaches you come for and your beach is just steps away. Whether it's beaches, surfing, eating or all of the above, this is the stay you have always dreamed of!

The Space:
Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This condo is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the condo, you will need to descend one flight of stairs. The beach access is a further flight of stairs. There is a queen sized bed in the main area and a sofa sleeper couch in the front of the studio.

Guest Access:
Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.

Great stay in Oceanside

We booked this for the Oceanside 70.3 Ironman race. The apartment provided a great location in Oceanside across from the beach and near all of the main restaurants. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a comfortable and compact space, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I would definitely book this again the next time i come back to Oceanside.

Always Beautiful and comfortable

This is our 4th stay at yhis property. Excellent location, can bike or walk to all needs. Cannot beat the view and the host is always communicative if any needs arise. We eill be back. One of our favorites!

Spectacular view

My husband and I really enjoyed this beautiful spot, the unit is nicely appointed and very clean. The location was perfect, we didn't have a car and loved walking to the shops and restaurants. The view of the beach and water was spectacular and we really enjoyed pulling out the couch and napping and relaxing while listening to the ocean and enjoying the view.

Cannot beat the location. The place was clean and updated. Only drawback was a lack of storage space to hang clothing.

Great Stay for Oceanside 70.3

I really enjoyed the location. I booked for the 70.3 Oceanside. 1/4 mile to finish line and Expo. The condo was clean, open and had great ocean views. I would recommend this for anyone looking to be close to all activities in Oceanside, especially for this Race. The VRBO had everything we needed.

Nice view

The stay was good for us as a couple. A nice view from the balcony and close to the ocean and pier, and most restaurants. Used the Circuit ride share which was convenient. The only issue was not having hot water, which was not resolved, even the next day when we left, so couldn't take two showers.

Lovely

Beautiful apartment. Great location. Roomy bedroom. Bring a sleep mask if you need complete darkness to sleep. Outside light shines brightly into bedroom all night.

Great location

This unit is in a great location. The best part is you hear and see the ocean. There is another unit in front, but it's a single story so luckily it doesn't block the view much. The unit itself is nice enough, but just adequate for a small family of 3 (The pullout sofa isn't really a pull out and will only sleep one person which was a bit of a surprise to us). Also, the bedroom doesn't have a door so it's open to the living area. But overall, we were glad to be right on the beach and spend a few days by the ocean. The host Nick was also quite responsive.

Great condo

The location/view was fabulous. The inside was perfect ... loved your flooring. I slept in both the bed and sofabed ... I loved listening to the ocean. I stairs didn't bother me and I'm 72. Had some mishaps with fire alarm when I arrived and into the evening, but resolved with help of owner and my son. I'm just not sure I would recommend single females to stay alone. Pacific St was a bit "sketchy" with homeless people hanging around my car. But the Strand was great. Thank you for your hospitality.

We absolutely love this property! If you are a beach lover, you will love it, too. Check-in was a breeze; the owners responded within minutes when we had a question; our family enjoyed the full-size appliances to accommodate our food/cooking needs. The amenities/extras were top notch and made our stay much more enjoyable: beach chairs, towels, laundry room, and parking. This is our second stay, and we will rebook this property when we return.

I was on a sales trip. The location was great for uninterrupted work, and the nearby restaurants were great for meeting up with friends. I was able to easily walk to several wonderful restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the sound of waves was calming.

Oceanside dream vacation with the husband!

Great location! Easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, local restaurants, and more. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in with a cup of coffee. The studio was very clean & had all the amenities that we needed. The hosts were very friendly & responsive to any questions. Our only recommendation is that we wish there had been a dresser or highboy to put our clothing in. We would definitely stay here again!
