Step onto your expansive 30-foot private balcony and take in the sights and sounds of the surf, sea life, and surfers gliding across the waves.

Inside, the living room features a wall of windows that brings the ocean in. Relax on the custom-designed loveseat or queen-size sleeper sofa while the waves provide the perfect backdrop. The modern kitchen is outfitted with Frigidaire appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry, ideal for preparing beachside meals. The ocean-view dining area seats six comfortably, with two additional stools at the kitchen bar.

The primary bedroom offers balcony access, ocean views, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious bath with a walk-in tub/shower. The second bedroom includes two walk-in closets, a linen closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The condo was beautiful, and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing few days by the beach. The condo is on the beach and we enjoyed the balcony thoroughly, morning coffee watching the surfers, and sunsets in the evening. Entry instructions were easy to follow and having a garage was a plus. We would definitely reserve again.

Great spot for wave watching

Very spacious and comfortable for two. Plenty of room for two more, if they can share a room with separate beds (kids). The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make some great meals. There was no beach while we were there, but we greatly enjoyed sitting and watching the waves from the balcony, couch and dining table.

Comfortable, clean, spacious unit with great balcony and views

We had a terrific stay at this condo. It’s more spacious than the pictures make it look and the balcony and views are simply awesome. Make My Vacation does a great job delivering a clean, well-maintained and well-stocked unit. Compared to other ocean front units in the immediate vicinity this rental presented a genuine value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect beach condo!

Perfect location! Watched the Ironman race right outside our door. We also surfed right off the beach below our patio. Couldn’t have been better! Will definitely look to book this place in the future.

Beautiful Beachside weekend in Oceanside

Great stay in a quiet beachside neighborhood in Oceanside. As the lisring says, can't get any closer to the ocean. Slept to the sounds of the waves, beautiful sunsets. Well furnished and very clean 3rd flloor unit. Will definitely be back!

Location, location, location

The property is directly on the ocean and you can watch the waves, surfers, dolphins, birds, boats, planes, helicopters and beachcombers from your balcony every day. The pier, shopping and eats are all nearby as well. Excellent location. We’ll be back.

Great place to stay in Oceanside

Very clean, well appointed and right on the water in Oceanside. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Bigger than it appears in pictures! Beds were extremely comfortable, full kitchen with laundry machines, 2 full baths which helped tremendously with 2 teens getting ready. Will definitely return!

Sunsets! Birds! Waves!

Fantastic accommodation being spotless, open, comfortable (oh those naps on the couch!) and a wonderful view of the ocean. Watched birds fly by, surfers having fun and even saw a dolphin. My only thing others should know is that we felt the ocean was a little louder than “white noise” as the water rolled the rocks around - we both took time to sleep well.

Great place to stay.

We spent a week there to relax after an exhausting camping trip. :) We were blown away by the spacious apartment. The view of the Pacific is fantastic and we enjoyed watching dolphins and seals in the morning. Yes, the ocean is noisy and the beach right in front of the house is washed away. But overall, our upstairs apartment is highly recommended, would stay there again.

Right on the ocean

Great location on ocean with no possibility of people passing by so it is very private. Top floor had a great view and quiet with double-pane windows. About the only sound heard was from the ocean waves. Place was clean and well stocked and communication with management company was good. Having a garage for the car allowed us to keep the car off the street. Large balcony across the back was very nice. Would stay again.

Great location!

We had a great time overall. The condo was clean and had a terrific view. The kids were able to play in the sand located in the common area with a view of the ocean. Only a couple issues we ran into. One of the seats of the kitchen chair were detached from the frame and my Mom pinched her finger while scooting her chair in. I also had to run the dryer 3-4 times to get my clothes dry. It probably has a blockage somewhere in the exhaust vent.

Utopia

As soon as we walked in, we saw the beautiful Pacific Ocean and thought this is Utopia!. Highly recommend this beautiful condo. Everything you need is here. The condo is clean and believe me I’m a fussy person and this meets my standards. The property manger Misti was amazing and helped make our vacation safe and easy. Super fast response from management folks for questions. Only upgrade that is really needed is a glass railing so the view is unobstructed from the living room and the balcony. Loved the large balcony. Gorgeous views. Great location. We walked to the pier a lot. Was pleasantly surprised by the layout and size. The photos make it look smaller. The couches and the beds were very comfortable. We boogie boarded and played games on the beach when the tide was low. The layout of the master bedroom shower was unique. When it was high tide, the sound of the ocean was somewhat loud with the water rushing over the small rocks each time the water receded out…but we got used to that. The only con we ran into was the Wi-Fi. It seemed like it kept going in and out during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. And we will definitely be back again.

Wonderful stay at the ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3rd story rental is a 10 star location if you want to be close to the ocean. The water is about 50-75 ft from the windows! We were mesmerized by the waves and felt the stress evaporating... Pelicans and seagulls flew by the porch and fished in the water right in front of us. We stayed 8 days and saw dolphins 6 times, once only 100 yds from the porch as one surfed the wave! We had our binoculars with us and easily watched all the sea life. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and comfortable. There are a few glitches that make it a 4 rather than 5 star accommodation,, but we didn’t pay for a 5 star resort either, so we were very content. The managers are very attentive and we felt we received excellent value for the price, compared to many others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a beautiful ocean view from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. It has good quality pots and pans, and plenty of dishes, etc., to accommodate any cooking one wants to do. The appliances are nice and fairly new. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and if needed you can wash them in the washer and dryer that are in the unit. The dryer isn't the greatest, but it's not a big deal. The second bathroom shower is a little small, but it has nice shelves to put your shampoo's etc., the main shower is spacious, but has steps to go into, which is odd, but functional. Overall we really loved the property. It was spacious and comfortable, really close to the beach. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, or you can take your car, and there is ocean front parking right down the street, but they do charge. The beach was great and so was the weather. Shopping is not too far off of the 78. Everything is there, including a mall, great mini golf, and a movie theater. It was one of the nicer places we have stayed in, in terms of things provided and overall quality of the apartment. Having a garage was also wonderful. We will definitely come and stay here again.
