"Our room was spotless and big. There was a refrigerator that was cold and quiet; the AC and the shower worked well. If you walk out through the back, you can be, on foot, at the harbor in 4 minutes. What is there not to like? We have stayed in many places in Oceanside, and this place has by far the best price/value ratio. "

"The breakfast was very good. There were no towels in the pool area. We tried to buy snacks and HAD to use the self checkout. It wouldn't work half the time and the front desk guy wouldn't help. I wanted to give up!! The charging station in the room was broken... and the hair conditioner container was broken off the wall and it was empty."

And the property is very clean. The location is right downtown Oceanside in very close proximity to the pier, the harbor, the beaches, and entertainment, and food all within walking distance."
