Interacted with a couple staff and the women were courteous, while the male front desk staff were rude. Room needs some upkeep. Lighting in the room was dim. Shower floor had cracks and paint peeling. Plenty of parking. It would have been nice to have had security onsite.

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk, San Diego Area
Wonderful place, but if you don’t like stairs make sure to ask for ground floor as they don’t mention there are no elevators. Only one restaurant for whole place so not many options there. Villas very clean and spacious. Great pools.

The staff was great but the room condition was pretty bad, the free water was opened and drank some and put back, bathroom door was extremely hard to close to were my 2 kids couldn't even close it. Then they charge $28 for parking and have the parking lot is taken over by construction equipment they ...

Hotel is beautiful, very clean and very friendly staff. Perfect location for my stay. One and only complaint - needs better coffee and creamer :). I definitely would stay again.

Pala Casino Spa And Resort
The hotel was clean! We only interacted with staff when we ate and they were great. The rooms were big and clean. We had a great time and cannot wait to return!

Best Western Carlsbad by the Sea
Breakfast was good but not super happy with no hot water for a shower on the last day, all soaps and shampoos way too high for kids to reach.
