3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: First floor Primary Bedroom with King and private bath. The second floor has 1 bedroom with Queen, 1 with two Doubles.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 satellite TVs. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers *private boat dockage, bulkhead, screened porch, lookout deck, decks, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

*Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance is limited. Boaters should anticipate five foot vertical clearance at high tide.

Cute cottage

Loved our stay at Art Sea. Such a unique home and the view from the eagles nest was amazing. Very comfortable, but it could use a little updating with some of the bedding and furniture.

Lovely week on Ocracoke

This rental is a lovely home that is well equipped, comfortable, and very amendable to multiple families being able to navigate living together for one week. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great location.

The house was nice but furniture needs to be cleaned, and the house in general needs a deep clean. Cheerios under the sofa, trash under beds, cups/glasses left outside and food on pots and pans. The house never cooled properly. One AC unit looks new, the other is old. We had several days that the house was at 85 degrees even in the evening. One portable fan in the unit. Skylights and windows with no shades make sleeping and cooling almost impossible. I’ll be back, but not to this house.

There were 5 of us and we loved ArtSea. We plan on staying here again next April when we come down. Beautiful place
