"We arrived early, and Janille allowed us to check in an hour early once the cleaning was done. The cottage was just like the description, and there were no surprises. The exterior and interior were sparkling clean. The furniture was "like new," and we had no problems with any of the appliances.Our host was welcoming of our dog and even left some treats on the counter. We did take a large cover for the sofa in case our dog decided to ignore the house rules. To my knowledge, we left no trace of a dog in the cottage.The cottage was on a private street, and there was absolutely no traffic noise. We were only 3 blocks from the golf cart rental business and close to Hwy 12 where most of the restaurants and businesses are located.The checkout instructions were reasonable and easy to complete.This cottage is a great getaway for a couple who plan on eating most of their meals at local restaurants. My wife and I recommend it enthusiastically."

The host was very accommodating and friendly. This was our second time renting this property and we are hoping to rent again next year."

"A good value and very convenient to everything. A bit cramped for us - very large furniture - but was comfortable. The AC was cold and the internet connection was fast but we never could figure out how to find what we wanted to see on tv. We could not find any instructions on how to find our favorite network shows on the ROKU tv. That was really frustrating.: someone needs to Suggestion needs to take a hammer to the dozens of nails that are popping up on the deck. They are both uncomfortable and dangerous."
