"初めて利用した民泊？だったのでいろいろと勝手がわからなかったです。タオルが100円と聞いていましたが、その受け取り方法がわからず、Expediaに夜中にメールして朝タオルをもってきて貰い、100円を払いました。その辺のやりかたを事前に教えて欲しかったです。沼津駅周辺は軒並み1万円超えで、この施設はありがたかったです。夜に入ったので部屋が寒くエアコンをつけて暖かくなりましたが、外の車の音や、結構寒く、朝カーテンを開けると窓が結構開いていてびっくりでした。でも風呂の備品などいろいろあり、洗濯もできるようなので、長期での使い勝手も良さそうです。ありがとうございました。"

"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! We were able to leave our bags on the day of checkout and explore the area before heading onto our next destination."

"Rooms are very clean. Amenities are adequate. Above all the place is in an environment where ait quality is superb and hot springs are everywhere! Mt. Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing. "It was a clean and comfortable stay, conveniently located near the station and convenience stores, with friendly staff. You can ship your suitcase to the airport via the Kuroneko Yamato service inside the station, and the Tully's Coffee on the ground floor is a lovely space—this is also where you can pick up your complimentary breakfast."

"The buffet breakfast here was exceptional. Japanese cuisine rotated daily so you get to try a wide variety of food and be perfectly setup for the day. Most days spent here we were fine until dinner because of how filling the breakfast was. They had a fairly large staff cooking and keeping things clean. I only wish I could have expressed just how amazing the food was. The property was nice, though they do not have cool air in the upstairs halls or elevators. But, that’s not unusual. Same for cleaning rooms, they turn off unattended air. Just be prepared, this is also fairly normal. Check in procedure was simply providing passports for scan. Check out was an automated machine where each room key went and an employee was very helpful to streamline the process. Odawara was my first stop on my first trip to Japan. It is a nice place on its own with plenty of charm and makes Mount Fuji and Hakone very accessible. It’s a Shinkansen stop as well. So getting to Tokyo was 33 min. This hotel is a few blocks from the station on the main road in front of the East exit of the station. The street here is made up on one side to be reminiscent of older Japan towns. If you crave a smaller city experience and need access to other areas, this is a good spot. Plus there’s Odawara Castle a couple blocks away. Very walkable."

"Booked only for one night. Wished we would have booked for another stay. Beautiful property. Utilize the free shuttle available from the train station to the hotel. Don’t attempt to walk especially if carrying luggage as there are steep hills. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering hotel so make sure you have decent socks on as this is a shoeless property."
