You will find a spacious, fresh, and well-located house. The ground floor features a living room, dining area, open-plan kitchen, one bathroom, and a double bedroom. The attic offers two single bedrooms, a small living area, and a terrace with a barbecue. The house provides internet access; the password will be given upon arrival.



All rooms are small but cozy, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.



This is a beach house, subject to harsh winters and cool nights even in summer, which may result in a slight smell of humidity, although it is always clean.



It is located in a small village, close to the sea (about 800 meters) and local shops.



You have access to the whole house, except for the storage room, which is for the owner's exclusive use.



Other important information:

Bed linen and towels are included for each guest per booking. The house has a washing machine. Use of the fireplace does not include firewood, and use of the barbecue does not include charcoal, firelighters, or matches. These items can be used if you bring your own or can be purchased for an extra fee.



Please note: when using the fireplace or barbecue, you must leave them clean at the end of your stay.



The house accommodates up to 4 people.



Smoking is not allowed on the property.
